Tutorial Center Coordinator: Hannah Kirchhofer

The Tutorial Center (TC) is a support service available for students at SWCID for the purpose of receiving tutoring, accessing computers for academic purposes, using reference books, and attending workshops.

The TC provides students with assistance in most academic areas, especially math and English.  Scheduled appointments are preferred.  However, students who need assistance may come into the TC during the hours of operation where a full-time TC Coordinator and/or TC Assistant will be available to help.

Several computers and various software are available for student use.  Educational software including PLATO, are available to aid students in math and English, along with additional programs related to other SWCID and Howard College courses, i.e. word processing programs and math.

    • 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
    • 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
    • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
