Established in 1977 and originally called the Howard College Classics, the Diplomats serve as official hosts and hostesses at various institutional functions and represent the college at many community events. Selection to this prestigious group of young women and men is based on high school and/or college re-cords in both academic areas and extra-curricular activities. Recommendation by a high school administrator or counselor is required.
