Please make arrangements one week in advance. Spaces are limited for particular days due to the number of students testing. If these times constitute a severe hardship for the student, please contact the proctor (by email, if possible) to arrange another time. Testing Request Form

Monday	9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday	9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday	9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday	9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

**Testing will not be available on the following day:**
