The Howard College-San Angelo campus is located in the Concho Valley. Academic instruction is provided at our Executive Drive location in a building provided by the Howard College San Angelo Foundation. In a consortium including Angelo State University, San Angelo ISD, and Howard College, the West Texas Training Center (WTTC) provides San Angelo and the Concho Valley a site for workforce education and training. This state-of-the-art facility includes over 102,000 square feet of classroom and laboratory space. In addition, some classes are held at Goodfellow Air Force Base.

Howard College-San Angelo provides learning opportunities that challenge all persons to a commitment of self-growth, personal fulfillment, and preparation for their roles in society. Instruction on the San Angelo campus is concentrated predominantly in vocational/technical fields of study leading to certificates and associate in applied science degrees. Compensatory programs for adult learners, selected continuing education programs, and training programs leading directly to employment also are available.  

Faculty and staff at Howard College are dedicated people who really care about students. We are here to help students succeed not only in the classroom but also in life. Our faculty and staff are here to give personal attention and assistance.
