This is the U.S. Department of Education web site for Federal Student Aid.  On the FAFSA web site you can download the FAFSA form and find a lot of helpful information about financial aid including how to fill out your FAFSA application. 

If you complete the FAFSA form online, you will need to sign your application electronically.    The PIN serves as your electronic signature and provides access to your personal information in various U.S. Department of Education systems.  You do not need to apply for a new PIN from one year to the next.  The PIN stays with you.
