Once skills are mastered in the laboratory setting, students attend clinical exercises in area hospitals. Students begin with basic skills and advance to more sophisticated procedures as their knowledge
increases.

San Antonio Clinical Affiliate
In order to provide ample opportunity to work with specialty populations, students travel to San Antonio for a final clinical.
The larger city and referrals to affiliate hospitals create a greater patient population so that each student has a chance to
see a variety of situations. This clinical occurs after all other program courses have been completed.
