Your Support Changes Lives

Your donations, whether great or small, make a huge difference in the lives of many students who attend Howard College / SWCID.  Donations may be made to fund scholarships, assist with construction of a building or establish an endowment fund, among other options. Any individual, organization or business who wants to lend financial assistance to Howard College and/or it’s students, may contribute to Howard College, The Howard College Foundation, The Howard College at San Angelo Foundation or The SouthWest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf (SWCID) Foundation. 

All of the foundations were created as non-profit, tax-exempt organizations.  The purpose of the foundations is to secure financial support for the College and subsequently its students.  The Foundations are 501(c)3 corporations and all gifts to the Foundations may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Contributors to Howard College, The Howard College Foundation, The Howard College at San Angelo Foundation or The SWCID Foundation may designate their gifts in the form of cash, securities, real estate or bequest.  Pledges may be made for any designation and either paid monthly, quarterly, annually or over a multi-year-period.  The interest is then used for scholarships or projects as established by the donor.  Scholarships are endowed at the $5,000 level.

Contributions of any size are very much appreciated and can be made at any time.  One hundred percent of the gift you give will be used strictly for the specified project.  None of your contributions will be used for administrative costs.  If you would like to make a donation to Howard College or the Howard College Foundation or would like more information about the many donation opportunities, please feel free to contact:
