As the Harold Davis Fitness Center Director, Cory is attempting to upgrade the facilities and equipment. He has expanded the weight room to include 7 new pieces of Hammer Strength equipment. The addition of new cardio equipment and the upgrade of Body Masters equipment in the Circuit Room is a very high priority on Pack's goals list. Cory says he has a great staff and support from the administration in regard to improving on the excellence of the Harold Davis Fitness Center. He plans to continue the expansion of the facilities and programs in an effort to offer the most up-to-date strength, conditioning, and fitness programs for the students and student-athletes of Howard College.

Pack is excited about teaming up with his fellow TSU alumni. Cory had the privilege of working with John for a year at Tarleton State University. They also worked for schools that competed against one another in district play for three years while at Weatherford. Cory said, "John Overton is a phenomenal athletic trainer. I learned from him at TSU and at Weatherford. He is always on the cutting edge of our profession, and it is a great opportunity to learn from him again. My ability to grow as an athletic trainer, as well as assist in the Sports Medicine program, will continue to advance because of the opportunity to work side-by-side with John."
