Become a Licensed Cosmetologist, Nail Tech, or Cosmetology Instructor

It's never too late to further your education or begin a new career!  Howard College can provide you with the necessary qualifications and artistic skills to become a licensed Cosmetologist, Manicure Specialist, Shampoo Specialist, or Cosmetology Instructor.  Enjoy the college atmosphere while obtaining the clock hours and knowledge required to take the Texas Cosmetology Commission State Board Examination.  Register the first Monday of any month except December.  Applicants must be 17 years of age with a high school diploma or a GED.
